Shipping and Delivery

All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and will be charged in INR. For delivery within India, we use ground-based courier services, as liquid products cannot be shipped by air. Shipping within India can take up to 4-5 working days, depending on your location. Please note that COD services may not be available for certain PIN codes. If COD is unavailable for your area, our customer service team will reach out to you during order processing.

International Shipping:
We currently do not ship internationally. However, orders can be delivered to any address within India.

Offers and Promotion Codes

To redeem a promotion, please sign in and enter the promo code on the shopping bag page before checkout. The offer will be applied automatically when the code is entered correctly. Offer codes are case-sensitive and should be entered as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per order, and offer codes cannot be combined with discounted items.

Payment Options

BB Looks Beauty accepts payments exclusively via CCAvenue. For security reasons, please do not send any credit card information via email, as it is not a secure transmission method.


Safe Shopping Guarantee

When placing an order online, your information is securely transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an industry-standard protocol that ensures the safety of online transactions through mutual authentication, data encryption, and integrity.


Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will appear at the end of your purchase process, and an email confirmation with your order number will be sent as well. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email with shipment and tracking details.


Order Cancellation

By Customer:
Order cancellations can be requested but are not guaranteed, as we prioritize quick order dispatch. Once you receive an email confirmation, your order is in processing and cannot be canceled. Customers can cancel their orders through the website until they are shipped. For cancellations after shipping, please contact customer support.

For orders placed under the "You Shop, We Donate" initiative, cancellations will result in a refund of 75% of the order value, as the remaining 25% will have been donated.

We strive to fulfill all orders successfully placed; however, certain situations may necessitate cancellation, including:

  • Product unavailability or stock shortages
  • Quantity restrictions on specific items
  • Pricing or promotional inaccuracies
  • Insufficient or inaccurate address details
  • Non-serviceable locations

In some cases, additional verification may be required before processing your order. If this applies to your order, we will contact you for further information. If we must cancel your order after payment has been received, we will refund the full amount, which may take up to a week depending on your bank.


Maximum Purchase Policy

The products and services offered on our website, including any samples, are intended for personal use only. Certain items may have a maximum purchase quantity; if this limit is exceeded, purchases will be restricted for two weeks. Orders may be canceled if this policy is violated. Legal action may be taken if products are found to be resold.

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text message with the tracking number. You can track your order via the link provided, through the website footer, or on your account page.
