Authenticity Guarantee

At BB Looks Beauty, we guarantee that all our products are authentic, made either in our own facilities or in authorized manufacturing units. Every product goes through multiple quality checks before shipping, ensuring there are no counterfeit items. Additionally, all products undergo rigorous stability and safety testing. We still recommend performing a patch test before using any new product.

Returns Policy

BB Looks Beauty offers a straightforward returns policy for cases of damaged, missing, or incorrect items. To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@bblooksbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order ID, request reason, and attach images or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging.
  3. Product Pickup: Once approved, a pickup will be arranged within 2-4 business days, and we’ll process your refund or replacement once items are returned in their original, intact packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes.

Special Note for Reverse Pickup: Pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours, with collection occurring within an additional 2-4 business days. Refunds will be processed after due diligence is completed on the returned items.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued per the invoice amount. If the order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the original item. For any defective items in an order, a single complaint should be raised, as returns or replacements are managed in a single request.

Conditions for Returns:
Returns are not accepted under these circumstances:

  • Misuse or overuse of the product
  • Opened or used products
  • Changed mind (personal preference)
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Tampered serial number
  • Products outside the seller’s or manufacturer’s warranty
  • Items received after the 48-hour return period
  • Products received as free gifts, part of kits, sets, or value packs
  • Items from sales or clearance (except in cases of damage or incorrect product)

For partial shipments, please submit an unboxing video that shows the missing items. Upon verification, the missing items will be sent at no cost.


Terms and Conditions for Freebies

Freebies may vary based on stock availability and can be changed at the brand's discretion. Refunds or replacements are not offered for freebies.


Refunds Policy

Refunds will be processed within 15 days after receiving returned items. Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7-10 business hours once products and bank details are received, with funds reflecting in your account within 2-3 additional business days.

Please Note: COD charges and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please email support@bblooksbeauty.com within 2 hours of placing your order with the reason for cancellation. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a confirmation email.

Cancellations after shipment or for items already in transit will be processed once the item is returned and verified at our warehouse, provided the cancellation request was made within 2 hours of ordering.

Note: Individual items in kits, sets, or value packs cannot be returned or replaced separately.
